KEVIN HEITMAN JOINS ONE SOURCE VMS PRINTING & OFFSET DIVISION

One Source VMS welcomes Kevin Heitman as Associate Vice President of the Printing & Offset Division.

Kevin Heitman joins the One Source VMS Team from RR Donnelley and Sons Financial Print Division in Downtown Manhattan where he headed the successful planning, production, and procurement of more than $257M of financial print work.

 

Kevin Graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1984. He joined GTE Directories Corp (which later became Verizon Information Services) in 1985 as a Graphic Artist producing display print advertising. During his 18 years with the company, he was responsible for management of graphic artists, single pass pagination system implementation, scheduling system development and implementation, and management of the companies Los Angeles press room, pre-press and bindery floor production facility.

 

In 2004, Kevin left Verizon to join Quebecor World Printing in Merced California where they produced 11 major national magazine titles, catalogs for William Sonoma and Pottery Barn, retail inserts, and telephone directories. Kevin helped Quebecor accomplish the largest retooling effort of a single print facility in commercial print history, by creating machine analysis and forecasts designed to facilitate accurate equipment purchasing decisions.
